    Renovar el cuarto de baño, que está muy deteriorado, colocando ducha. Las colchas de las camas están rotas y sería conveniente cambiar algún colchón.

      The apartment in Benidorm has 2 bedroom(s) and capacity for 6 people. Accommodation of 85 m² comfortable and outside, situated on the first line of beach, with sea and mountain views. It is 0 m from the sandy beach "Playa Levante", 50 m from the "local" restaurant, 200 m from the "local" supermarket, 200 m from the "urban" bus station, 2 km from the "Aqualandia" water park, 4 km from the "interurban - Benidorm" bus station, 5 km from the "Terra Natura" amusement park, 5 km from the aquatic park "Aqua Natura", 6 km from the amusement park "Terra Mitica", 6 km from the golf course "Villaitana", 8 km from the rocky beach "el Albir", 38 km from the train station "Alicante", 50 km from the airport "El Altet - Alicante" and is located in a lively area and next to the sea. It has an elevator, garden, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi) (fee), tennis court, electric radiator heating, air conditioning only in the living room (fee), communal swimming pool, communal car park in the same building (there is no guaranteed place for each apartment, 1 TV). The separate ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Building of private apartments for rent. There is no reception in the ground floor of the building. The reception is in our office FINCAS ARENA. The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean to the entrance. At the check-out it is necessary to leave them clean, tidy and without garbage (otherwise the extra cost will be deducted from the deposit). Pets of any kind are only accepted "upon request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (consult us). If there is parking and it does not indicate that it is private, then the parking is communal and there is no guaranteed available space for each apartment. (only one car can be parked per apartment and only if space is available). There are optional services (paid for), TV, Wifi, safe and air conditioning (if any) unless expressly indicated that it is included in the price. See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights of stay of customers). Some optional services may be subject to availability from the external provider. Our clients have an emergency maintenance service in the apartment 24 hours a day via a contact telephone (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office). Misuse of this service will result in a cost to the client. The delivery of keys is always in our reception office, not in the building you have reserved, for this you have to come to Fincas Arena, if you arrive after closing the office in the afternoon or on a public holiday, in the window there will be a list with the name of the clients and a telephone number to call and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you expect to arrive out of hours and warn us, help us organize and minimize your wait when you arrive at our office). Optionally we can bring the keys to the address of the apartment but this service has a supplement (ask). In this case, the following morning, except Sundays and holidays, you have to go through our office to present the ID card or passport of all occupants (is required by law). In our office of reception, they have tourist information, maps of the city and they can contract all type of additional services so much for the stay in the apartment as to enjoy the sports, cultural and of daily and nocturnal leisure activities that offers the city and the surroundings. We can also make arrangements to confirm the return transfer or print your boarding passes (payment service). For our clients we can offer a transfer service from and to Alicante airport or with taxi or private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on public holidays we can have you picked up at the airport with the keys of your apartment and take you directly to your apartment. Entrances to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Aquanatura), party rooms, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby villages or Valencia, car hire, electric car hire for people with reduced mobility (in some buildings we can provide an area to recharge the battery if you rent it with us, ask), diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialized companies. Tickets to discos on special dates (especially at the end of the year). We can also offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year, for this you can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website. The photos of apartments shown on our website, are of a typical apartment, as they have several apartments in each building and are privately owned apartments may vary in the type of furniture or decoration, height, views, etc., but the services of the description are virtually the same in all. Check-in to the apartments is at 17:00 hrs (if the apartment is clean and prepared before, the keys can be delivered before (it can suppose an extra cost). Departure from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later consult our staff about the possibility of a late check-out from the apartment. (Extra cost), is subject to availability until the day before departure. For this reason, free of charge, both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure, we can store your luggage in our office (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or public holidays). In our reception office, they have tourist information, maps of the city and can hire all kinds of additional services for both the stay in the apartment and to enjoy sports, cultural and leisure day and night activities offered by the city and surroundings.
