The view is fantastic and the location is close to everything so you don't need to take the car. The concierge is also very helpful and keeps up the maintenance very well.

The electrical outlets are old and I could not plug some appliances into them.

Hay solo uno de los propietarios que lo tiene instalado para su uso personal, y si alguno cliente quiere usarlo, tiene un coste extra.

Nosotros le ofrecimos el que dispusiera de ese servicio, pagándolo y usted rehusó.

We are very sorry, wifi service is provided by an external company, if you expereince any problem, just report to us and we contact them to sort out any problem, we havent received any report from your during your staydeparture day when you hand back the apartment keys.

Our reception office is at the entrance of benidorm, all clients, come in front of uour door when they arrive to Benidorm. we are very sorry, but there are some papers and passport control mandatory by law and you have to come to our reception office.

We always ask our clients if the book their own transfer, to ask to be dropped off at our reception office address and we will help you to get a transport till your apartment.
